About the Role

As Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key advisory role across the organisation-providing financial insight, analysis, and strategic guidance to operational and executive leaders. You will work closely with the general finance team and two other Finance Business Partners, each aligned with a specific business unit. Your work will influence decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and support long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance contact for a designated business unit
• Deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial reports
• Support month-end close processes and variance analysis
• Provide financial modelling and advice for business cases and initiatives
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Champion safety, inclusion, and ethical practice in line with organisational values

About You

• CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting skills
• High attention to detail and analytical ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively

Requirements

• Australian Police Check (and international where applicable)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
