About the Role:
This newly created role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional ready to lead a function and make a genuine impact. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, manage a small team (AP, AR & Bookkeeper), and support broader strategic planning and reporting initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to step into a key leadership position and partner with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small finance team (AP Officer, AR Officer, Bookkeeper)
- Deliver monthly management reports and financial statements
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Conduct variance and cost analysis to support performance improvement
- Track and report SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, CLV, and KPIs
- Oversee commission processing and cost allocation across products and services
- Ensure accurate reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity
- Review customer and vendor contracts for financial and compliance risks
- Support the CFO in enhancing financial strategy and internal controls
Requirements:
✔ Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ Professional Qualification - CPA or CA qualified (or currently completing)
✔ Experience - Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior accounting role
✔ Team Leadership - Previous experience managing or mentoring finance staff
✔ Technical Knowledge - Strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and financial systems
✔ Industry Exposure - SaaS or tech industry experience is highly advantageous
✔ Attributes - A hands-on, proactive approach with strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
