An opportunity has become available for a Finance Manager who thrives in a changing environment. Based two days in the office on the central Gold Coast and three from home, the role is full time but can be very flexible with times.
Reporting to the Directors, your role will include -

• Regular communication with the overseas processing team
• End of month review and consolidations
• Monthly management reporting pack
• M&A due diligence and transaction support
• Ad hoc reports and project work
• Budgets and forecasting
• Year end preparation and liaison with external accountants

This is a varied role that has some mundane end of month/year stuff but you may need to drop everything to look at a potential acquisition or integrate a new business. If you are looking for a steady role that won't change over the next few years, this is not it.

The founders have been very successful in previous businesses and you will learn a lot from them. They also care about their staff and provide great work/life balance. Professional qualifications are not essential but the right frame of mind is.
