What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver and embed WHS systems aligned with Victorian legislation.
• Lead safety training, toolbox talks and regional safety events.
• Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments with a focus on high-risk operations.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide safety coaching and support across multiple operational sites.
• Participate in industry forums and internal working groups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid understanding of Victorian WHS legislation.
• Field experience in high-risk industries (e.g., agriculture, forestry, construction, manufacturing, or similar).
• WHS qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma), or a willingness to obtain them.
• A proactive communicator who’s confident leading, coaching and influencing.
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel, including occasional overnights.
