Established in 2013, we pride ourselves on offering a fantastic work-life balance with services focused on breakfast and lunch only—no dinners!

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation.

Prepare and execute dishes and menus with colleagues

Menu planning alongside Executive Chef, in line with fresh seasonal produce

Stock control and ordering of stock

Ensure there is an adequate amount of supplies and prep for service

Monitoring all dishes for quality, presentation and portion control

Lead, train, empower, and provide support to a small team of fellow chefs

Demonstrating cooking techniques to junior chefs and cooks

Enforce strict health and hygiene standards

What You Need:

Relevant diploma or at least 2 years work experience in a similar role

Ability to lead, train and communicate while maintaining the highest quality of service

Excellent communication and team-leading skills

Strong work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude

Strong focus on food and service standards
