Located in the heart of Ballarat, we offer a supportive and professional environment where client service and community values are at the forefront of our operations.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors you will play a key role in representing the firm's values of professionalism, care and integrity. This role is 2-3 days a week as a casual employee with scope for permanent part-time conversion.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls, mail and email management.

Managing appointments and scheduling with efficiency and attention to detail.

Managing the reception area and maintaining a tidy, organised environment.

Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Handling basic accounting tasks such as processing payments and invoicing.

Assisting with other general office duties including scanning, printing, filing and archiving.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within a professional services environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently.

Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office.

A professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
