About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in driving change strategy and execution across business units affected by CPS230. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll ensure that changes are understood, adopted, and embedded effectively within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver change management plans, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness.

Partner with project leads, business stakeholders, and risk teams to support successful CPS230 implementation.

Assess change impacts, manage resistance, and track adoption across various business functions.

Monitor change effectiveness and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in large financial services or banking environments.

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven change, preferably CPS230 or similar.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience in hybrid working environments and large-scale transformation projects.
