Change Manager
Large energy organisation – hybrid Melbourne CBD + WFH – 6 month initial assignment - $1200 per day (including super).
Reporting to the Portfolio Change Manager (Corporate Enablement), with a dotted line reporting to the Project Manager, the Change Manager (will be responsible for delivering all required artefacts, materials, and activities to support the successful launch and handover of the project
Key accountabilities
- Deliver key change and project artefacts (including Change Impact Assessments, Communication and Engagement Plans, Learning and Training Assessment/Strategy/Plans, Business Readiness, Hypercare Support and Adoption materials, Change Handover Plans, and where required status reports.
- Work with the Project Manager to identify and manage relevant risks, issues, dependencies, and resourcing demand.
- Collaborate with the vendor and internal enabling stakeholders (i.e., People and Culture, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement) to ensure all communications and engagement activities are aligned, consistent, and leveraging existing channels/approaches.
- Provide the Portfolio Leadership Team in any required inputs to support the relevant Enterprise Project Office (EPO) Stage Gate submission requirements (i.e. mandatory artefacts) in addition to any other required reporting.
- Attend and participate in mandatory monthly Enterprise Change Practice Centre of Excellence meetings and any associated reporting.
- Where relevant, provide oversight of vendor delivered training and learning materials and ensure all learning and development activities and materials meet the requirements and identified learning outcomes.
Selection criteria:
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications and change management certifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Change Management
- Demonstrated experience across project management approaches, tools and methodologies
- Experience in learning and training solution design, including instructional design and ability to craft engaging training programs
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing change management activities
- Demonstrated experience in Continuous Planning, Strategic Thinking, Facilitation and Co-Design, and Coaching others in Change Management
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
