An ASX-listed, globally recognised wireless communications technology company is seeking a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and contribute directly to strategic decision-making.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a global and technically complex finance portfolio, while also influencing the next chapter of growth for a listed, high-performance tech business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead group financial management including P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow
• Oversee ASX financial reporting, audits, and compliance with IFRS and governance frameworks
• Guide complex accounting areas including revenue recognition, IP valuation, and going concern assessments
• Manage legal, tax, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions (incl. international tax and R&D claims)
• Support investor relations and serve as the primary ASX liaison and Company Secretary
• Lead a capable, agile finance team, driving both operational execution and strategic insight
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape performance and direction

What You’ll Bring

• CA/CPA or equivalent, with strong technical accounting knowledge and ASX reporting experience
• Prior CFO or senior finance leadership in a complex, multi-jurisdiction environment
• Background in tech, SaaS, licensing, or IP-rich industries strongly preferred
• Experience in audit management, governance, and external stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication and commercial acumen with a hands-on approach
