With a passion for solving architectural challenges, you will have the ability to work with an exceptional team to define roadmaps, build and optimize complex distributed systems with a strong microservices background and looking for a solid engineering culture!

You will be a leader who leads from the front! You will enjoy staying "close to the code" with exceptional C# .Net skills. You will also have experience with NodeJS and Kafka in your toolbox!!

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience.

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) building high-scale distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native applications.
• Solid back-end expertise in C#, .NET Core and NodeJS
• Strong experience developing on AWS platforms
• Front-end experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript would be a bonus
• You will also have experience with Kafka
• Deep understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security in modern web applications.
• A track record of making thoughtful, strategic technical decisions, simplifying complexity, and delivering impactful solutions.
• A reputation for guiding, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to talk to both technical and nontechnical audiences
