We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a part-time Payroll and Construction Administrative Officer. As a trusted partner in the electrical industry, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch service with a commitment to excellence and innovation.

Job Overview:
As a part-time Payroll and Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. This is a 4 day/week (0.8 FTE) position, with the option to move to full-time in the near future, for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing weekly payroll processes
Reconciling payments and invoices using Xero, NAB Connect, and Simpro platforms
Handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, copy editing, and file maintenance
Preparing Construction SWMS and other safety documentation
Assisting Construction Managers with site administrative tasks
Experience:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Experience using accounting software. Xero experience is ideal
Simpro knowledge will be highly regarded
Previous experience working at other construction companies is desirable but not required
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
