D365 Application Support Lead
• Initial 6 month contract with chance to extend
• Perth CBD location
• D365 implementation experience is required
Our client:
A leading client that provides supports Western Australia’s future development.
The role:
The role will be responsible for supporting a legacy replacement / modernisation project from Oracle to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Responsibilities:
• Be the point of contact for incidents reported through the ServiceNow queue
• Support the team members to resolve production issues
• Act as the triage coordinator of the resolution for production defects
• Assist in the deployment of the Service Now queue
Key experience:
• Recent commercial experience with a large scale D365 implementation project is required
• An understanding of security admin for D365 applications
• Experience working within Enterprise scale client environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft roadmap to “Fabric”
• Previous experience utilizing ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Have the ability to collaborate within a team but work autonomously
• Be able to meet tight timeframes if required
• Must be able to secure a clean National Police Clearance
• Relevant tertiary degree / industry certifications.
