We have partnered with a global construction company that is globally established building stadiums, convention centres, hospitals and other easily recognisable landmarks. They are looking for an IT SupportEngineer to join their Brisbane CBD team.

This is a broad role looking for a Level 1 and 2 IT Support Engineer with an environment consisting of Microsoft systems and applications with a few specialist internal applications. This role will see you involved in:

• Resolving all level 1 and 2 issues
• Walk up support for staff members
• Occasional IT support offsite
• Some laptop / hardware rollouts
• Supporting users mobile devices

We are looking to speak with candidates that have:

• 3+ years experience in IT Support
• Windows and Azure environment experience
• Support of industry standard Microsoft and iOS applications
• Face to face IT support
• Broad general knowledge of IT (hardware, applications and systems)

Please note there might be some travel required to different sights although the majority of your time will be in the Brisbane CBD office.

Rates on offer will be competitive and based on the skills, experience and knowledge you bring to the role.
