This role will require the person responsible to manage a number of service tickets for different software systems critical to the operations department.

Responsibilities

• Effectively respond to service tickets, resolve technical problems and escalate where needed
• Provide a wide variety of technical, project, and analytical support to the Operations Department
• Monitoring, investigate and resolve data errors within the information management systems
• Support the implementation of system and process improvements
• Create and maintain support documentation
• Develop and update correspondence templates in the systems

Required skills

• 1+ years of experience working in IT/Application support in large environments
• Previous experience working with a ticketing system a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent writing skills to be able to develop quality communication templates in the various systems
• Available to work onsite in Parramatta 5 days per week.
