Application Support - Azure Monitor and AppDynamics

• Location : Ballarat
• Must be willing to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week, possibly up to 5 days a week.
• Must have existing NV1 clearance
• Initial 12-month contract duration

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Application Support Resource to join our client's dynamic team based in Ballarat. The primary goal of this role is to support and sustain critical applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. The key applications in focus are Azure Monitor and AppDynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor application health and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Implement solutions to enhance application performance
• Configure and maintain monitoring tools
• Analyse performance data and provide timely resolution of incidents
• Participate in regular sprints and stand-up meetings using Agile methodology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous availability and efficiency of applications

Must have:

• Strong background in application support and development
• Experience with Azure Monitor and AppDynamics
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
