We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our services across Victoria. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Develop and maintain referral networks across Melbourne and regional Victoria

· Promote Elevo Care’s services with integrity, authenticity and care

· Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the sector

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

· Manage and utilise the CRM to ensure consistent and effective communication with stakeholders and opportunities

· Represent Elevo Care as a kind, compassionate, and professional ambassador

What You’ll Need:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the NDIS or Allied Health sector

· Strong understanding of the NDIS funding system and support coordination

· Genuine empathy and a values-based approach to business development

· Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship building

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or a related field highly desirable

· Desire for a long-term career in a purpose-driven organisation
