Auto Masters has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our knowledgeable, hard working and friendly team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Oversee the smooth operation of the workshop, ensuring all team members are supported in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers.
- Track and report weekly and monthly KPIs and targets to the head office.
- Leverage your knowledge of brands and products to effectively promote them.
- Adhere to our Quality Assurance System.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for both staff and customers.
ABOUT YOU
- A strong work ethic with a genuine passion for cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry.
- Deliver authentic service and lead by example, creating lasting positive impressions and memorable experiences for customers.
- At least two years of recent experience in managing an automotive service centre or similar role, with a proven sales track record in the automotive industry (preferred).
- A trade qualification is preferred but not required.
- WA Driver’s License.
- Must reside in Western Australia and be a Permanent Resident or Citizen.
