We seek an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team and support our mission to expand and deepen our client relationships across Australia, at our Perth Office location.
Job Description
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and growing our market presence. You will work closely with senior management to drive business growth strategies, increase sales, and meet our ambitious expansion goals. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong business acumen and a proven track record in developing sales.
Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities: Conduct market analysis to spot growth areas and assist the sales team in building a pipeline of potential clients.
• Drive business growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective business development strategies and marketing aligned with company goals.
• Client relationship management: Focus on building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
• Lead negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the client and Wiremarkers Australia.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Managing internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless client experience and alignment on strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics: Track KPIs and regularly report progress, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
• Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in identification, signage, or cable management solutions!
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven success: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skillset: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Motivated and self-driven: Capable of independently managing tasks and driving results.
• Team player: Collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments.
