With a loyal customer base, strong brand recognition, and a growing footprint across Sydney and NSW, they’re expanding – and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help fuel their next phase of growth.

THE ROLE
This is more than just a sales role – it’s a chance to take real ownership of a territory and build lasting relationships in a booming industry.
You’ll be the face of the business across Sydney and surrounding areas, selling a wide range of construction-related products into commercial projects. Think builders, contractors, project managers, developers – you’ll be walking onto sites, spotting opportunities, and closing deals that add real value.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial construction sector.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Promote a range of trusted building products, advising clients on the right solutions for their needs.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline – you’ll be supported, but you’ll drive it.
Track projects from tender through to delivery, staying closely involved in the customer journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, stock availability, and client service.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a people-person with a passion for sales. You know how to build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and sell based on value rather than price. You’re resilient, proactive, and genuinely enjoy being out in the field – not chained to a desk.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Proven experience in sales or business development – ideally within building materials, construction products, or a trade-related field.
Strong knowledge of the Sydney construction landscape and key players in the market.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Confidence working autonomously and managing your own time and territory.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Base $85,000 - $150,000 | Super 11.5% | Company Car or Car | Commissions
