An innovative and extremely successful business in the plumbing and bathroom products industry seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to share in their continued success.

The key focus of this position will be to manage the established customer base, whilst also developing new business and growing your region's sales. As such, this role will suit a candidate who prides themselves on their ability to understand their customer's needs and can tailor their approach to these. You will be a self-starter and able to work unsupervised. You will thrive on achieving ambitious targets and building strong client relationships.

Working out of the Sydney Head Office you will receive outstanding support and training from the management team to ensure you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities include;

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Identifying/cultivating new business opportunities

Monthly reporting of sales results and key initiatives

Assisting with new product development, releases and product training

Promoting the business at Trade Shows/Conferences

Candidates with previous external sales experience who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply. We are looking for an experienced sales person, who has worked in the plumbing market and has relationships with plumbing merchants, plumbers and builders.

Personality and enthusiasm ae essential to the role, and will be highly regarded.
