About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join the NSW team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in fire protection products who enjoys working closely with builders, contractors, and key stakeholders on new builds and commercial fit-outs.

You’ll be responsible for growing the territory and developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with an existing client base. It’s a hands-on, face-to-face sales role where your knowledge of fire systems—alarms, sprinklers, detectors, suppression systems, and panels—will set you up for success.

You’ll work closely with the NSW State Manager and be supported with the tools you need to succeed. If you’re a confident communicator, a natural relationship builder, and someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, this could be your next step.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in business development, ideally within the fire industry

Strong knowledge of fire safety products and systems

A track record of managing and growing a sales territory

Confident working on construction projects and commercial fit-outs

Results-oriented with a genuine interest in safety and innovation

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
