At Enriched Care Solutions, we believe great support starts with great people. We’re looking for a proactive and organised People & Culture Officer to join our team and help deliver smooth, compliant, and people-focused HR processes across the business.

This is a great step-up role for an experienced HR Administrator or Officer ready to take on broader responsibility in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. In this role, you’ll support recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and general HR administration for our frontline teams. Working closely with operational leaders and reporting to the CEO, you’ll play a key part in making sure our workforce is equipped, supported, and ready to deliver quality care.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and award requirements

Co-ordinate training and development processes, including tracking mandatory training

Provide first-level support on HR enquiries including leave, entitlements, and performance documentation

Assist in policy updates, recruitment coordination, and reporting

What you’ll bring:

Certificate IV in Human Resources or similar qualification or working towards

3+ years in a HR, people admin, or coordination role

Sound understanding of the SCHADS Award, Fair Work requirements and employee lifecycle processes

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Previous experience in the NDIS or community sector (desirable but not essential)
