The Role:
As our new Event Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of all events at the club. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their vision, liaise with their suppliers, coordinate with our dedicated beverage team, and ensure every detail is perfect from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all event logistics, including timelines, staffing, beverage offering, and vendor relations.

Work directly with clients to understand their event needs, budget, and vision.

Oversee event set-up, operation, and breakdown to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ensure all event-related paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including contracts, quotes, and invoices.

Supervise and train event staff, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the event.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Manage and prioritize multiple events and tasks simultaneously.

Assist in the creation of event marketing materials using Canva to promote events on our social media channels.

Maintain and update social media accounts to showcase our venue and events, ensuring an engaging online presence.

About You:

Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role in the events or hospitality industry.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software (experience with EventPro or similar platforms is a plus).

Experience with Canva for designing event marketing materials and promotions.

Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and how to use them to engage with current and potential clients.
