About the Role:
Opportunity for an Administration Assistant to support the administrative team in the day-to-day functions of the office.
This role is casual, but part time will be considered. Hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm but can be negotiated. Annual and Sick Leave coverage will be required.
Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reception duties – answering phones, greeting clients
· Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
· Data entry, electronic filing and document management
· Receiving goods inwards and dispatch
· Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
What We are Looking For:
· Previous administration or customer service experience is essential
· Clear and direct communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Attention to detail
· Reliable and punctual
· Good time management and organisational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· MYOB experience is desirable but not essential
· Willingness to learn and grow
· Must have the right to work in Australia
