Elleisha’s Property Services & Supports is a local independently owned and operated company offering a wide range of property maintenance/cleaning and support services for residential and business clients throughout the Wollongong/Illawarra Region.
We are looking for an Administration officer to join us on a 5-day capacity,
Position Purpose
The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient support and coordination of all clients of Elleisha's Property Services & Supports as well as supporting our leadership team.
Job responsibilities:
Reception duties and attending to client and public enquiries.
Customer service.
Assisting with compliance, field staff rosters, scheduling.
Managing high demand of work request with fast and effective turnaround times.
Ensure client’s services are delivered in accordance with their service agreement by working closing with our Leadership Team.
Selection Criteria
Vocational/tertiary qualifications in business administration or commerce; or experience in compliance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and effective relationships with team members and clients.
IT & computer savvy, with ability to quickly learn our NDIS software applications.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
