Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.

Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex business processes and requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Present and explain solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and solution discussions.

Elicit business requirements and translate them into functional, transition, and non-functional requirements using standardised Business Analysis concepts.

Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional designs and roadmaps.

Apply structured requirement management techniques, including user story creation, data mapping, data modelling, root cause analysis, prototyping, and interface modelling.

Formulate solutions and business roadmaps based on gathered information.

Perform backlog refinement and manage roadmaps in discussion with stakeholders.

Work closely with development teams to provide ongoing clarification on requirements and contribute to solution design across multiple asset teams.

Collaborate with global and remote teams to address issues, resolve ambiguities, and support planning and delivery.

Support the development team in requirement clarification to ensure developed features meet business objectives.

Participate actively in scrum ceremonies and related planning sessions.

Drive alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions, ensuring that each release meets intended outcomes.

Conduct market research to gain business advantages.

Assist in practice and organization-level initiatives to improve standards and methodologies.

Mentor other team members and support their development.

Assist in sales opportunities within the scope of the job role.
