About your new role
Collaborates with Program/Project Managers and other Business Unit Managers to orchestrate and execute comprehensive Business Analysis activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst?
• Multiple roles available to join a dynamic, fast paced team
• Lead a team of approximately 8 staff including managing leave requests and performance feedback
• Be part of delivering transformation initiatives
• Mentor Business Analysts and identity training and capability uplift needs
• Lead business analysis activities across programs and projects of work
• Execute Business Analysis work to the highest standards, exemplify desired behaviours and cultivate a supportive environment.
We're looking for people who have:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analysis or similar or equivalent industry experience
• Min 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst
• Experience mentoring or managing Business Analysts
• Experience in training Business Analysts highly desirable
• Experience in resource planning/allocation highly desirable
Formal qualifications in at least one of the following (multiple qualifications are highly desirable):
• Business Analysis (e.g. ECBA® or equivalent)
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above or equivalent
• Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA®) or equivalent
• PRINCE2® Project Management or equivalent
• BPMN 2.0 certified or equivalent
• TOGAF® certified or equivalent
• Certificate 3 or above in Training
