About The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and help us connect couples with the perfect mix of services for their big day. Whether you’re building a career in sales, events management, or the wedding industry, this role is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and grow with us.

Your day-to-day will include:

Understanding Client Needs: Speaking with clients to learn their preferences and recommending the best entertainment, film, and photography options.

Timely Communication: Responding to sales inquiries via phone and email within agreed timeframes.

Planning Collaboration: Working with our internal planning team to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

Gathering Feedback: Listening to client feedback and suggesting ways to improve our services.

Talent Onboarding: Helping to recruit and onboard new creatives to join our team.

Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like organising photoshoots, headhunting talent, and supporting sales campaigns.

About You

We’re after someone who’s professional, personable, and ready to jump in with both feet. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Industry Experience: Experience in either weddings or entertainment is a bonus, but not essential.

Strong Communicator: You’re confident on the phone, clear in writing, and great at building genuine connections with clients.
