What You'll Do

• Connect with guests via phone, email, chat, and online inquiries to promote and book unforgettable events
• Proactively follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive, guest-focused selling
• Customise event solutions for a variety of functions – from kids’ parties to team-building days and corporate celebrations
• Coordinate all event logistics with our venues, ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking to execution
• Build lasting guest relationships that drive repeat business and 5-star experiences
• Own your sales performance with a strong focus on hitting revenue targets, conversion rates, and daily KPIs
• Jump on guest issues quickly and professionally to keep every event on track and stress-free

What You've Got

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call centre environment
• Proficiency in sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and strong closing ability
• Active listening skills to understand customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
• Demonstrated empathy and patience when addressing guest concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills to address unique customer issues promptly
• Adaptability and creativity in a fast-paced sales environment
• Focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets consistently
• Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
• A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
