The Role:
We are seeking an organised, customer-focused Signage Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this key role, you will support the sales team by managing client enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and helping move projects from the initial enquiry through to production.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a signage professional who enjoys variety, working with clients, and collaborating with a hands-on team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming client enquiries (phone and email) in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and issue quotations for signage and name badge projects.
Manage and track sales opportunities and tenders, ensuring follow-ups are completed.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are clearly set and managed throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the estimating, design, production, and install teams to ensure smooth project handovers and workflow.
Assist in preparing supporting documentation for projects (e.g., purchase orders, job sheets, permits if required).
Maintain CRM system records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date job tracking.
Support the broader sales and estimating team with administrative tasks as needed. Reporting to Sales Manager.
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong, long-term client relationships.
About You:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong customer focus and genuine interest in signage solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the signage industry (retail, commercial, or construction signage preferred).
Demonstrated sales experience with a strong ability to close deals and build client loyalty.
High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A friendly and professional manner with clients and colleagues.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and work within tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable (but not required):
Familiarity with CRM systems and job management platforms.
Basic understanding of installation and signage production processes.
Graphic design experience (CorelDRAW/Adobe Suite) is a bonus.
