Jose Hospitality PTY ltd are looking for a talented Kitchen/FOH team for their brand new beautiful venue, Stamford Park Homestead, in Rowville.
The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman's Residence. The Homestead and six acres of grounds have been sympathetically restored, allowing it to once again become the ‘Jewel in Knox City’. The venue is renovated to add a function hall hosting 250 pax to an already existing Ala- carte restaurant for 200 pax and lawns for weddings and outdoor functions.
The operations extend from Breakfast, lunch and dinner to weekend brunch and High-Teas.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive inbound and outbound event sales across all market segments: weddings, corporate, private, and public events
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through outstanding customer engagement and follow-up
Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key markets and stakeholders
Maintain and manage the CRM system to track leads, nurture prospects, and report on sales performance
Provide potential clients with accurate and engaging information about our venue, packages, and event capabilities
On-site Event Support when necessary: Assist during events to ensure seamless execution, providing on-site coordination and troubleshooting when necessary.Support initial planning conversations to hand over smoothly to operations for delivery
What You Bring:
A proven background in event sales and event coordination
Excellent communication skills — confident, persuasive, and personable
Strong attention to detail
A proactive approach to lead generation and converting enquiries into confirmed business
Strong organisational skills and a drive to exceed targets
An understanding of event trends and customer needs across corporate, social, and community sectors
A passion for building long-term relationships and delivering high-level service
Flexible with hours to accommodate the nature of events you will be responsible for planning and executing
