About the Role

As Production Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between design, development, and delivery. Reporting to our GM of Design and working closely with our Founder/Creative Director and Operations Lead, you’ll help bring each collection to life through structured processes, accurate data, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update styling details in fit packs with accuracy and clarity

Translate design concepts into Illustrator technical drawings aligned with the brand aesthetic

Set up styles in production systems, generate sales order forms, POs, and maintain production tracking spreadsheets

Manage factory invoices, packing lists, and bulk garment documentation

Liaise with fabric mills and factories on fabric, trim, and colour approvals

Support patternmaker/garment tech with checking and measuring samples from proto through to pre-shipment

Attend fit sessions and support with detailed note taking

Track and manage critical path timelines for both sampling and bulk production

Maintain fabric, trim and sample libraries in an organised and up-to-date manner

Assist in seasonal photoshoots and contribute to the creation of marketing collateral

Generate reports on inventory, sell-through, and replenishment opportunities

Provide support across day-to-day operations, supplier communication, and internal coordination

About You

You're meticulous, highly organised, and thrive on getting the details right. You love fashion—but you also love the systems, data, and problem-solving that make good design become great product.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

1–3 years’ experience in a fashion production or product development role

Experience with measuring garments and setting up technical product specs

Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work with numbers, formulas, and data

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator highly regarded

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to juggle multiple deadlines with calm efficiency

A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset

A genuine passion for the fashion industry and the production process
