About the role

Adhere Promotions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Purchasing and Production Coordinator to join our team in our Castle Hill, NSW office. This is a full-time position, responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials and coordinating the production process to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of our promotional products & branded Apparel to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Purchasing stock from our suppliers

Checking artwork approvals from suppliers & decorators against approved artwork

Placing and monitoring purchase orders from creation to final delivery to the customer

Coordinate the production schedule and workflow to meet client deadlines

Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet high standards

Provide regular updates to the Sales team on production status and any issues

Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the operations of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a purchasing or production coordination role, preferably within the promotional products industry

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to liaise effectively with suppliers

Excellent organisation and time management abilities to coordinate multiple projects

Attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure products meet specifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data management

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
