POSITION:
Commercial HVAC Project Manager

• Step into a lead role, managing end-to-end delivery of large HVAC projects across Brisbane.
• You'll oversee everything from pre-construction through to final sign-off on new builds
• Projects valued between $100K - $6M.

CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial and/or Industrial HVAC
• Strong grasp of HVAC design, installation & compliance requirements
• Skilled at juggling budgets, timelines & contractor coordination
• Natural leader who gets the best from their team
• Confident communicator, both on-site & in meetings
• Engineering or building services qualifications a plus
• Valid driver's licence
