Project Manager - HVAC (Commercial Installation & Construction)
About the Role:

A leading national provider of building services is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to deliver high-value installation and construction projects across the commercial sector. With project values ranging from $300K to $10 million, this role focuses on retrofits and upgrades in occupied commercial and industrial buildings.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and established team that values innovation, safety, and delivering excellence to a high-profile client base.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of HVAC installation projects, including design reviews and on-site coordination
• Provide design input and value-engineered solutions to meet client needs
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or delivery issues as required
• Manage budgets, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor performance

What You'll be Doing:

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in mechanical/HVAC engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing HVAC projects within commercial or industrial environments
• Experience across wet and dry HVAC systems, including chilled water, VRF, and ventilation
• Strong commercial acumen and reporting skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Safety-first mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude
