Air Cross Solutions, is seeking an experienced and proactive HVAC Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of minor HVAC installation projects across Sydney. This site-focused leadership role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-profile, fast-paced fit-outs and work alongside a team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and results.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage end-to-end site operations, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with clients, and ensure all project deliverables are met to the highest standards. You’ll be trusted to drive performance, uphold compliance, and maintain quality and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Leading minor HVAC projects from initiation to completion

Coordinating and supervising on-site works, contractors, and suppliers

Managing project budgets and timelines effectively

Facilitating site meetings and ensuring strong communication across all stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, Australian Standards, and internal procedures

Representing Air Cross Solutions with professionalism and technical knowledge

Delivering exceptional client service through proactive project leadership

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing minor HVAC projects in the commercial sector

In-depth knowledge of the HVAC project management life cycle

Demonstrated success delivering projects in live site environments

Strong estimating, budgeting, and cost control capabilities

Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades

Excellent communication, client liaison, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management tools

Experience attending and contributing to technical site meetings
