Salary: $120k–$140k + Super + Vehicle Allowance

The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take charge of mechanical projects valued up to $300k, primarily in the retail and commercial space. From tenancy fit-outs to kitchen exhaust upgrades, you’ll lead jobs from concept to completion—working directly with long-standing end clients across Melbourne’s South-East suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage HVAC projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Liaise directly with clients, offering expert technical advice and building trust.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate site activity, managing both internal labour and subcontractors.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and client satisfaction across all projects.
