There is now the need for a positive, self motivated, professional Property Manager who has a proven track record of building strong working relationships and managing your own portfolio.

Your responsibilities:
⦁ Building and managing relationships with Landlords, Tenants and suppliers;
⦁ Making phone calls and assisting with enquiries;
⦁ Advertising and sourcing suitable applicants for tenancies;
⦁ Routine, Exit and Entry inspections;
⦁ Responding to enquiries;
⦁ Organising maintenance requests;
⦁ Attending open homes and meeting and greeting attendees;
⦁ Assisting with developing marketing material;
⦁ Diary management and much more.

About you:
⦁ You will have a current Certificate in Sales/Property Management and hold your Driver's License
⦁ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and strong negotiation skills
⦁ Thrive in a fast pace and ever changing environment
⦁ Be a natural organiser who is efficient and proactive
⦁ Professional presentation
