About the role

Keyte's Paradise Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager Casual to join our dynamic team in Hervey Bay, QLD. As a Casual Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining a small portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the satisfaction of both tenants and owners.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating the leasing of residential properties, including advertising vacancies, conducting inspections, and securing new tenants

Managing ongoing tenant communications and addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as required

Ensuring timely rent collection and arrears management

Handling the end-of-lease process, including bond refunds and property condition reports

Providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners

Maintaining detailed and accurate property management records

What we're looking for

Experience in residential property management, preferably in a Casual role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and owners

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Thorough knowledge of relevant Residential Leasing & Property Management legislation and regulations

Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant technologies

A current real estate license or registration, or the ability to obtain one
