About the Role
As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our field teams, clients, leadership team and internal systems. This role blends administrative coordination, rostering, logistics, and people support. You don’t need to be a paramedic, just someone with strong organisation skills and a knack for keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily scheduling and rostering of first aid staff
Liaise with clients and event organisers to confirm operational needs
Maintain and monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training logistics
Ensure compliance with documentation and certification requirements
Assist with reporting, invoicing, and general admin tasks
Help improve systems and processes as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years in an administrative or operations coordination role
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Comfortable using rostering or scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
A positive, team-first attitude with a proactive mindset
A willingness to take after-hours and weekend calls to manage last minute cancellations and changes.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Experience in Admin, healthcare, events, or emergency services
Familiarity with compliance documentation or certification tracking
