The Role
We’re hiring a detail-oriented, proactive Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support daily logistics, packing, and inventory operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, export readiness, and smooth internal coordination between warehouse, admin, and leadership.
This is a practical, hands-on role requiring excellent organisation, clear communication, and a strong commitment to maintaining order and compliance in a regulated workplace. You will be working along side the Director of Operations and other Managerial staff. Fluency in Korean and English is required to work with our suppliers and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily packing jobs, ensuring accuracy and on-time dispatch
Manage export documentation and oversee outgoing/incoming shipments
Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse and digital systems
Implement and uphold safety and organisational standards (e.g. 5S)
Keep internal databases up to date with processes, stock movements, and documentation
Support traceability and compliance within a GMP/TGA environment
Liaise with admin and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
Identify and suggest improvements in process efficiency and layout
What You Bring
Experience in operations, warehouse, or inventory coordination
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Fluent in Korean and English (verbal + written)
Comfortable working in a regulated, detail-critical environment
Familiarity with digital tools (Excel, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.)
Understanding of workplace safety and layout principles like 5S
A calm, systems-driven approach to daily problem-solving
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Nice to Have
Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or other GMP-compliant industries
Exposure to change management or warehouse optimisation projects
Experience working with or creating SOPs and operational checklists
