🎯 What you’ll do:

Oversee day-to-day ops — from supplier chats to solving last-minute fires

Coordinate logistics and driver improvements

Work closely with our warehouse team to improve quality

Organise supply flow across states with farmers

Keep tabs on overall operations and build better systems/processes that increase quality and reduce costs
