We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team.

Whether you’re seeking flexibility around school hours (30 hours per week) or a full-time role, we’re open to making it work for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable

• Bank reconciliations across multiple projects and accounts

• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting

• Handling supplier queries and ensuring accuracy of records

• Supporting key financial admin including credit applications, BPayments, and database updates

• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement in our systems and processes

About You

• 1+ years’ experience in an accounts payable or transactional finance role

• Great communication skills and a natural drive to help and support others

• Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail

• Proficiency [or willingness to learn] Jonas Premier or similar accounting software

• A genuine commitment to continuous learning and improvement

• Prior experience in construction/development is highly regarded
