The Opportunity Ahead
Milton, Brisbane | Full-time | 5 days in office
This is a high-impact role for an experienced B2B sales professional who knows how to build strong relationships, win new business, and grow existing accounts.
You’ll inherit a warm portfolio of engaged clients, giving you momentum from day one. From there, you’ll deepen relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and expand your base through smart outbound activity.
We’re looking for someone strategic and commercially minded — not just focused on today’s deal, but able to solve tomorrow’s client challenges.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients with a focus on long-term value
Identify expansion opportunities and proactively drive cross-sell and upsell strategies
Generate new business through outbound sales and a consultative approach
Own the full sales process – from discovery and demo to proposal, close, and post-sale growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and share insights to drive strategy

Your Tools for Success
3–5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (open to industry)
A proven track record of growing and retaining accounts
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle with structure and intent
Solid understanding dynamics of enterprise purchasing behaviour
A commercial mindset focused on long-term client value
