We’re now looking for a proactive and commercially minded Rewards Program & Sponsorship Manager to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on relationship and partnerships role where you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of our B2B rewards program — from supplier onboarding to campaign execution. You’ll also play a key role in managing our sponsorship portfolio, identifying new opportunities and ensuring a strong return on investment for both parties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing and new rewards program partners and suppliers
Source, negotiate, and onboard new offers that align with our members’ interests
Coordinate partner campaigns, communications, and promotional activities
Work closely with our marketing team to ensure offers are well-positioned and performing
Monitor program analytics and supplier performance
Manage and grow our sponsorship portfolio, including planning, activation, and reporting
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments
About You
Experience in B2B relationship management, ideally within a member rewards program or loyalty environment
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Comfortable managing commercial partnerships from end to end
Confident communicator who builds rapport easily with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to juggle multiple projects and think both strategically and operationally
Experience managing sponsorships and commercial arrangements is a plus
