About the Role:

PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a globally recognised beverage brand in their search for a Marketing Manager. Our client has a strong track record of innovation and staying current with consumer trends. From large-scale events to culture-driven activations, you'll help grow the presence of an exciting brand in the beverage space.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll be the key driver of local marketing execution across Australia. You'll play a critical role in shaping and activating marketing plans for a high-profile brand portfolio, including exciting product launches, ambassador programs, national events, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for key beverage brands
• Manage marketing activations across local and national events, influencer programs, and sponsorships
• Oversee regional brand launches and coordinate cross-functional campaign execution
• Collaborate with commercial, trade, and bottling teams to align marketing and sales objectives
• Lead marketing communications and ensure alignment with global brand identity
• Supervise local teams, agencies, and budget management to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Support the evolution of the brand by identifying new partnership opportunities and activation channels

What We're Looking For:

• 2 + years' experience in Marketing Manager role in the Sports, Beverage or FMCG Industries
• Strong project management skills - comfortable running multiple campaigns and events at once
• Experience working across international teams or markets
• Great communication and presentation skills
• A hands-on, team-focused mindset with the ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders
• Budget management experience and a focus on results
• An interest in youth culture, music, sports or other lifestyle-driven verticals would be a bonus
