I’m currently working with a leading commercial construction company that is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support two key projects in the Greater Brisbane area.

You will be stepping into a hands-on role, managing safety across one active site and another just entering the early stages of construction. With a healthy pipeline and more projects on the horizon, this role offers long-term stability and genuine career progression within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Leading incident management and supporting thorough investigations
• Conducting regular internal site audits to ensure ongoing compliance
• Running toolbox talks and safety training sessions with workers and subcontractors
• Completing proactive site walks and inspections to identify and address risks
• Establishing and updating detailed risk registers across both projects

The Person

• Solid, broad-based HSE experience within the commercial construction sector
• Cert IV in WHS
• Strong understanding of vertical builds; refurb experience is advantageous
• Confidence working autonomously across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and a proactive approach to site safety
