What You’ll Be Doing

Embedding and managing WHS systems across high-rise construction projects

Using industry-leading safety management software to monitor compliance, incident reports, and actions

Developing and maintaining end-to-end Safety Management Systems (SMS)

Running site audits, toolbox talks, and inspections with real impact

Leading investigations and driving meaningful corrective actions

Working closely with site teams to encourage a proactive, safety-first culture

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across all safety processes

What You Bring to the Site

5+ years’ WHS experience in construction, ideally in high-rise or structural environments

Proven hands-on experience with formwork and structural trades

Experience working with modern safety management software platforms

Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SMS frameworks

WHS Cert IV (minimum) and strong working knowledge of OHS legislation

First Aid certification preferred

An analytical eye with a passion for improving systems—not just maintaining them

Excellent people skills—you’re confident talking to teams, subcontractors, and senior leaders alike
