We’re looking for a hands-on, in field Operations Manager to lead our crews, set the standard in the field, and help grow a service business people genuinely trust and love.

This is not a clipboard role. You’ll be in the field with the team, setting the bar high, coaching on the tools, and building a culture of care, accountability, and pride.

Your Role:

Grow from the ground up and lead a team of garden and mowing crew members across Melbourne

Set high standards for quality, client experience, and team performance

Support with hiring, training, and mentoring new field staff

Help run efficient workflows across the field operations

Be a key part of the Green Edge leadership team

You’ll Thrive If You:

Love working outdoors and leading from the front

Have experience in garden/lawn services, landscaping, or trades

Have worked as an Operations Manager or a Crew lead in a service based business, preferably a garden/lawn mowing or landscaping business

Know how to build trust and bring out the best in others

Want to help grow a company that grows people

What You’ll Get:

$85,000–$95,000 base salary + performance bonuses
