This person will need a background in Horticultural services. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the management team to manage the Cleaning and Gardening portfolios in Canberra. Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to:

• Manage the cleaning and gardening team members effectively in accordance with operational requirements
• Provide team members training and guidance
• Maintain the highest standards of cleaning and gardening expectations for all stakeholders
• Manage, maintain and operate platform systems and equipment in an effective manner to ensure optimal functionality
• Provide exceptional & timely customer service to internal & external stakeholders (tenants, owners, contractors, managers etc.)
• Manage the safe operation of the fleet and tool maintenance
• Manage contractors and service schedules so as to ensure timely repairs and minimal loss of plant functions
• Provide quotations and estimations for continual improvement for complexes in our portfolio
• Produce quality control reports for all stakeholders
